I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself! I’m Lili N - International Sport Science Association ISSA Elite Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Health Coach, Nutritionist, Sports and Exercise Nutrition Specialist, Food Science and Meal Planning Coach!

I was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States in 2008 and  live in sunny Florida!

My passion for fitness and nutrition started at a very young age. I would wake up at 5:00AM to jog near the river no matter what weather was with my military father, and simply spend time together with him working out and learning discipline. 

Since then I continued to maintain a healthy lifestyle and decided to turn my passion into a career!

I have been in the industry for 10+ years! I have worked with professional athletes, helped train clients for the Olympics and gained "weight loss expert" status in 2020. 

My biggest achievement so far was helping clients to drop 150 lbs+ in one individual and have a book 📖 written in my honour! 

So whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or just learn how to live a healthy lifestyle, I am your girl! Looking forward to bringing you where you want to be as well and seeing a huge smile on your face!! 

In my free time you will find me in the gym, or walking outside, recording workout videos and cuddling my two huskies! 

My goal for you is to find a comfortable relationship with food and exercise making it enjoyable part of your life!!
